SimPlay.NetAbout Us

SimPlay.Net is a gateway for Role-play simulations using the Fablusi software.

Using this unique software participants have the opportunity to learn from their own experience in a virtual environment. Confronting situations and contexts they may find in the real world - relevent to their particular area of study or course, they can access and play in a safe environment - anonymously and without the REAL consequences that may occur in the real world.

Our Philosophy:

The social world in which we all live is a myrid of communicative interactions based on the perspectives through which different actors view it. From childhood we learn these persectives as well as how to act in the world by playing, make-belief, imitation, making up imaginary worlds and acting in them. The result is that we learn about the world from these experiences.

Role playing is the deepest and most powerful way of learning. It harnesses our sense of identity, our experience and our imagination. It enables us to imaginatively experience being someone else, doing things we would not do in our normal life. It powerfully imposes on us the need to reflect and consequently learn about ourselves, the material we are learning about, and possible contexts which we may find ourselves in the real world. Our Company:

Our company, Fablusi™, was formed in 2002 and has since been involved with many educational institutions providing a learning experience to thousands of students. Our unique software enables teachers to create on-line role-play simulations by either choosing an existing one and modifying it to their own needs or creating one from scratch.
